Understanding the importance
Whether it is for asset management, due diligence for land title transfer, or title insurance for new construction, the ALTA/ACSM Survey is one of the hinge pins of commercial real estate. More often than not, the circumstances under which these surveys are ordered by the land owners are extremely time sensitive. Missing these dates by even a day can cause severe problems and in some cases, even penalties in the form of liquidated damages. We will diligently complete the survey as fast as humanly possible, but even if the transmittal is made 1 minute past the delivery date and time, you will not be billed.
